‘On All Fours’ – a special event for animal lovers at the Auchan Bydgoszcz shopping centre!

How can you better understand your pet? How can you look after their needs and help animals in the best way possible? You’ll find answers to these and many other questions on 28 November during the “On All Fours” event at the Auchan Bydgoszcz Shopping Centre, 3 Rejewskiego Street. From 12.00 to 17.00, visitors can look forward to meetings with experts and animal welfare organisations, creative workshops for children and plenty of attractions for the whole family.
Entry is free!

‘W cztery łapy’ is an event that combines a love of animals with education, fun and helping others. It will be an opportunity to get to know organisations working for the benefit of animals, hear interesting facts about our four-legged friends and learn how to look after your pets responsibly, wisely and safely.

Discover the animal world and its secrets!

During the event, you’ll be able to meet representatives from the Bydgoszcz Animal Protection Association Łap Lovve, the ArbuZ Koty Foundation, the Stukot Association, the Kokosowy Dom Foundation and Fika Town. These organisations will talk about their day-to-day work, adoption opportunities, ways to support animals in need, and the animals in their care.

There’ll also be plenty of practical advice from experts. Groomer Aleks will reveal the secrets of dog and cat grooming and explain how he prepares pets for shows. Meanwhile, a dog behaviourist will explain how to interpret the signals animals send, how to understand their behaviour, and how to build safe, trusting relationships with them. She’ll also discuss the socialisation of dogs arriving from Ukraine, who often require special care and patience.

Creative fun for young animal lovers

The youngest visitors can look forward to colouring books inspired by the stories of the animals in our care, as well as workshops where children can make their own safe toys for dogs and cats.

An additional attraction will be a meeting with a mysterious black cat – a fortune-telling mascot – who will prepare fortune slips with good omens for visitors. Smiles and a touch of magic guaranteed!

Helping others is incredibly powerful!

During the event, you’ll also be able to visit stalls selling merchandise for animal lovers. Mugs featuring cats, T-shirts, bags, magnets and paw-shaped soaps are just some of the little treats on offer. Buying them will be an opportunity to support organisations that help animals.

Join us on 28 November, from 12.00 to 17.00, at the Auchan Bydgoszcz Shopping Centre at 3 Rejewskiego Street.
