Family Saturdays with the Theatre
Join us for the September instalment of the much-loved ‘Family Saturdays with the Theatre’ series at the Auchan Bydgoszcz Shopping Centre.
The next theatre event will take place on Saturday 17 October.
Teddy Bear Adventures
Join us for ‘The Bear’s Adventures’ – a heart-warming and magical tale about Sleepyhead, who dreams of a little bear with one big problem: he has no one to play with! Sleepy tries to help him and decides to dream up a playmate for the Little Bear. This seemingly simple mission reveals to the audience the world of the Little Bear and his Dad. It also raises important questions about the nature of bears – whether they can be dangerous – and whether it’s possible to find a true friend.
We’re in for a story full of surprises and unexpected twists, with plenty of serious questions and good fun.
As usual, the event will take place at two times: 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm, and admission to both performances is free.
Throughout the year, on selected Saturdays, children can enjoy free theatre performances at the Auchan Bydgoszcz shopping centre. Young audiences will meet colourful characters and discover stories full of unexpected twists, through which they’ll learn just how important universal values such as friendship, honesty and empathy are.
There’s also a prize game in store for young audience members. For taking part in each event, they can receive a stamp on a special participant card.
Once you’ve collected 8 stamps, you can claim your prize – a gift card worth 100 zlotys for shops at the Auchan Bydgoszcz Shopping Centre.
Combine family shopping with wholesome, educational entertainment for the whole family.
This year, there will be three more performances to enjoy: ‘The Dragon from the Vistula’ on 21 November and ‘The Fairytale Nativity Scene’ on 12 December.
When: Saturday, 17 October 2026.
Performance times: 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm
Venue: The Arcade at the Auchan Bydgoszcz Shopping Centre (3 Mariana Rejewskiego Street)
Admission: Free!
See you at the theatre!
